Greg Taylor is the appointed Resident Manager at The Keys Apartments.  He has lived in the complex for several years now and it’s his intention to make this arrangement the best it can be for owners and tenants alike.  

Having a Real Estate letting licence he can offer a full service real estate experience in conjunction with Clive Abbott, who also lives on site and is a vastly experienced Real Estate Agent. Between them, they can provide owners with full on site service for all their letting and sales needs.

This will deliver an upgrade in the performance of your investment through the detailed attention that can only be provided by people living on site.

Owners who appoint these two people to look after their real estate needs will experience clear cut actions and advice on rental reviews, tenant selection, cost savings in maintenance, fast actions and proper reporting on your  apartment when renting it.

Owners who decide to sell their apartment with our onsite team will receive the benefit of having one of the region's most experienced Agents acting for them and with a strong motivation to lift values over time.

For tenants, their experience  of living with a full size resort pool, elevators  and underground car parking and security systems will be enhanced through giving them a proper and full introduction to the complex on arrival, together with all the systems and bylaws  that make The Keys Apartments a sought after address. 

With management living onsite, tenants find it easy to have their queries answered or actioned all leading to less of a turnover of tenants.

 

 

 

Caretaking and maintenance

With over 10 years’ experience serving in various capacities, including as a management professional and a practising engineer, he has acquired extensive knowledge and diverse skills for maintaining hotel properties and operational management from original design to construction, furbishment, practical completion, maintenance, and security.

He is able to support and cultivate healthy tenant relationships, leading to minimal turnover, high occupancy rates and renewal of long-term leases. He has a track record of spear-heading improvement projects and optimizing internal operations with a solid history of success in managing residential properties. 

Having qualified as an engineer from the Royal Melbourne Institute Technology and provided engineering services aspects for three 5-Star Hotels in Cairns and Sydney, his style is hands-on and is the go-to-person  for operation maintenance and repair on building fabric, gardens and grounds, security systems, airconditioning, plumbing, irrigation, lighting, pool equipment, and water chemistry. 

He has excellent communication and interactional skills, drawn from 4 years’ experience at Marlin Coast Toastmaster as Vice President of Education and as public speaking coach. His negotiation and contract management skills will specifically add value to Owners and tenants’ experiences at The Keys, whilst serving as your caretaker and resident manager.
