Pet Keeping in The Keys

The Keys can truly be described as a tropical oasis being surrounded on one side by World Heritage rainforest and with the backdrop of the magnificent Macalister Ranges. The Keys provides for an environment and a corridor for native fauna to move freely though-out the property.  The Keys pet keeping policy is designed to protect the special and quite unique relationship the site has with the native fauna. When you are considering a domestic pet residing in The Keys, Queensland legislation and the The Keys by-laws require an application to be made to the Body Coporate Committee. Check out our pet policy regulations, complete the pet policy, the pet application and the pet keeping agreement and email all 3 completed documents to make your application to info@thekeysapartments.com.au

Bullying and Harassment

Harassment, bullying and intimidation (including actions such as yelling at someone and using offensive language) by Lot owners and/or residents at The Keys directed at other owners, tenants, contractors or tradespeople, is unlawful.  The Body Corporate Committee will not tolerate such behaviour and will take action against any owner or tenant who participates in such behaviours.  Please be respectful in your dealings with others.
